Pelvic Floor Training – strengthening your core muscles

Pelvic Floor Training – strengthening your core muscles

In our innovative training program, we place special emphasis on strengthening the deep core muscles through targeted magnetic field impulses. With over 25,000 targeted contractions during each session, we not only promote muscle development but also place a specific focus on improving blood circulation in the pelvic floor area. The pelvic floor, as the body’s central powerhouse, plays a crucial role in essential functions such as breathing, urinary control, sexual function, and nervous system balance. By specifically training this region, we not only strengthen the outer musculature but also support the internal structures essential for a healthy, balanced life.
