Lymphatic Drainage – gentle rhythmic massage or compression

Lymphdrainage Anwendung

Detox made easy: Toxins and waste products put stress on the body and slow us down. Benefit from our state-of-the-art devices that replace manual massage and stimulate the tissue through alternating pressure, stretch, and release. This optimizes lymphatic flow, promotes toxin elimination, and enhances the body’s detoxification capacity. This innovative method is a key component of decongestion therapy, specifically designed to reduce lymphoedema — fluid retention in the lymph nodes. The result? A noticeable feeling of lightness, firmer skin, and faster recovery — perfect for both daily life and athletic training.

Lymphatic Drainage at a glance

How does Lymphatic Drainage work?

First, a compression suit is placed on the lower body, connected to a compression device. While lying comfortably, the device gently alternates between compression and relaxation, loosening muscles, skin, and connective tissue while stimulating lymphatic flow. The result: an immediate sense of relaxation, enhanced detoxification, and improved muscle regeneration.
